THAILAND TRAVEL VLOG ???? Bangkok & Ko Tao 2023

Ahhhhh I can’t even believe I’m in Asia till May now!!! So happy to share with you all the 1st 2 stops of this trip we had the best time in Bangkok & Ko Tao ????????????????????????!!

Bangkok recommendations-

WHAT TO DO -
????????‍♀️ Grand Palace (10/10 so beautiful & peaceful)
????????‍♀️ Reclining Buddha (walk down from Grand Palace it’s not far)
????????‍♀️ Wat Arun - it’s not a temple you can enter so there isn’t lots to do or see here but still beautiful
????Kho San Road - go to Bar One & get the WKD pink lemonade
???? Titchcua - we didn’t make it but looks insane for rooftop drinks
????‍♀️ Floating Markets - very fun experience but over 1.5hrs out & very spenny / a tourist trap
????‍♀️ Boat rides along Chao Prayha River
????️Icon Siam - insane shopping experience
????️ All the night markets with soo many stalls

WHERE TO EAT -
???? Lon Lon (we didn’t make it but looks great)
????Home Cafe Tha Tien (right outside the reclining Buddha - good & cheap)
????Icon Siam food markets
????Spotted Pig (tex Max)
???? 25 Degrees (burgers - best I’ve had in a long while)


Koh Tao Recommendations-
What to do -
????️Rent a Moped
???? Visit Nanyang Island (9am -4pm) & no plastic bottles
????hike up to the viewpoint on Nanyang & chill at the beach
????️Sunset & cocktails on Sariee Beach
???? Sunset at secret viewpoints
???????? Climb up John Suwan viewpoint
???? Snorkel in Shark Bay to find turtles ????
????????‍♀️Do a yoga class
???? Learn to Scuba Dive - there are sooo many diving centres

????Coconut Monkey - Breakfast
???? Big Bite Cafe - Breakfast
???? Milk & Honey
????Tukta Thai food
????Whitening on Sariee beach
????Breeze Koh Tao

Things to know -
???? The island is VERY hilly - would 100% recommend a ped and then you can explore the whole island
???? Get a taxi boat from Sariee beach to Nanyang Island
